Celebrate “International Learn to Fly Day”–Co-Sponsored by J.A. Air Center and WAI Chicago’s Leading Edge Chapter, Aurora Airport (KARR).

We will participate in hosting this event at their elegant, full service , 150,000 sf facility. http://www.jaair.com/

Events will include a presentation on Severe Weather, Nexrad, and Radar and G1000 and Garmin products as part of the FAAST wings program, a “Learn to Fly” ground presentation, preflight activities, There’s something for every member of the family, including an Amelia Earhart film, youth activities, and optional introductory flights, which can be purchased through JA. We will host a WAI chapter membership and information booth.

We will also host a “Meet the Author” event, with new WAI member and Author, Barbara Sellers. J.A. will offer a free raffle with a chance to win a scenic flight around the Chicagoland area for 4 in a Cessna Caravan and a dinner for 4 at Pilot Pete’s Restaurant in Schaumburg.
